Pelvic floor specific 12 week semi private training program lead by a Doctor of Physical Therapy (and programmed by us too). Held once per week for 12 weeks with progressive pelvic specific tasks to improve your capacity to brace, lift, and jump without pelvic symptoms. Â
Who leads the class?

Dr. Jess Hund PT, DPT
DPT, Pelvic Health Specialist
After having her own first baby, Jess discovered how difficult it was to advocate for appropriate pelvic floor therapy. She was frustrated at the difficulty to get into the clinic and the care that then followed. Jess decided to step into this gap and open The Floor PDX to utilize the same principles she had spent her career studying and apply these to the pelvic floor. Pelvic floor PT meets strength training is where she finds her "sweet spot".

Dr. Hund is passionate about creating an environment where trust is formed and refuses to acknowledge that the status quo needs to be the usual. She loves working with perimenopausal/postmenopausal women and quite frankly anyone with a pelvic floor and vulva who is struggling.

Jess has led pelvic floor discussion panels, teaches as an adjunct professor at George Fox University, and has Herman and Wallace training. She currently owns and operates The Floor PDX where Pelvic Health is Done Differently.
