A glimpse into our Clinic 

What this means is we take great care in you guiding the journey.  Pelvic health therapy will never be "done to you" within our clinic. 

During your first appointment - an in depth discussion will be health regarding all your symptoms and questions asked that you may not have thought of.  If time allows and if you feel comfortable, we move on to an internal examination which is often done first lying on the table then transitions to standing. 

You'll be lying on a chucks pad, sheet over you, and each step of the vaginal examination is verbalized as we can feel each of the muscles we have taught you about through the vaginal wall. 

This does not have to happen our first appointment! We want you comfortable and in charge.
